When my firm reached the point of having several locations, and a corresponding number of employees, I was not providing the kind of personalized service I wanted to provide. Also I found I was taking
in certain kinds of work and clients that I did not care to have.
I have slashed my overhead by eliminating the less productive areas of my practice. I now specialize in income taxes and am very selective
in the new clients I take on. In doing so I can pass those savings on to the clients.
The majority of my clients are located in different parts of the country. They are very
comfortable in mailing me their information and discussing their affairs over the phone. |
